JC Resorts offers a comprehensive benefits package to both full-time and part-time employees. Outlined below are some of the benefits we extend to our employees. ALL EMPLOYEES Retirement Plan 401-k - Participants must be over the age of 21. After 6 months of employment, you will eligible to enroll in the 401-k Plan during the next scheduled enrollment period. The company will match 25% on the first 4% of pay you contribute. Employee Assistance Program - JC Resorts is committed to the health and well being of all employees by offering an Employee Assistant Program to an employee, an immediate family member, or persons residing with the employee by providing confidential and complimentary, professional assistance in dealing with personal problems. Colonial Supplemental Benefits - JC Resorts provides you with the opportunity to purchase supplemental benefits based on your unique family needs. Vacation - Employees are awarded vacation benefits based on the amount of hours worked and the length of continuous employment. Sick- Upon completion of the Introductory Period, sick leave hours will accumulate at one-half day per month up to a maximum of 10 days. Holiday - JC Resorts observes the following paid holidays: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Our Full-time associates must work a minimum of thirty hours per week in order to participate within our full-time benefit options. Medical Plans - Employees may select Health Net HMO, Health Net PPO, Kaiser and SIMNSA. All plans include prescription drug coverage. Dental Plans - Employees may select from Guardian HMO, Guardian PPO and SIMNSA. Vision Plan - Employees may select from our PPO Vision Service Plan (VSP). Flexible Spending Account - JC Resorts offers you the opportunity to contribute to Medical Care and Dependent Care Expense Accounts on a pre-tax basis. Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment - JC Resorts provides basic coverage equivalent to 1x annual salary to a maximum of $50,000. PART-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Our Part-time associates are those who work less than thirty hours a week or who have a part-time designation based on job classification. Medical Plan - The plan offered is a limited- benefit health plan through CIGNA. Employees may select from 2 levels of coverage; both plans offer a prescription drug discount program. Dental and Vision Plans - are also available under the limited-benefit health plan offered through CIGNA. |
