| Description: | Temecula Creek Inn offers the Temet Grill Restaurant, a championship golf course, a place for intimate gatherings or a grand event…all this set in the soft rolling hills of Southern California’s wine country.
The primary responsibility of the Banquet Houseperson is to ensure proper set-up, service and tear down of all Banquet functions.
This position is On-Call.

| Duties: | •Set up all meeting rooms, and food and beverage functions according to instructions from the Conference Services staff and Catering Staff.
•Assist Banquet wait staff, as directed to bus tables and set-up and replenish buffets.
•Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.

| Qualifications: | Able to understand English and to follow simple verbal directions. Detailed, organized and efficient. Good team player. Trustworthy and reliable. Hotel experience a plus.
Must be able to handle and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid Food Handlers card for Riverside County prior to start date.
