Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa is a Legendary Southern California Golf Resort and Conference Center specializing in providing Guests with the Perfect Guest Experience.

We are currently looking for a Human Resourses Manager to join our team.

Position is located at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.

Duties:Rancho Bernardo Inn is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide HR generalist support to 500+ employees.

The HR Manager will report to the Regional Director of Human Resources with a dotted line to the Hotel's General Manager.

The HR Manager will be responsible for utilizing HR best practices, maintaining confidentiality at all times, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, benefit administration, personnel file management, the new hire process, administering coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.

Qualifications:BA degree in related field required.

3-5 years of solid HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.

Current knowledge of CA labor law. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus!

Candidate must have strong hands-on HR generalist experience, a hospitality background and have the ability to effectively manage, lead and mentor multiple employees to cultivate a high performing service environment.

Must be professional, presentable, approachable, friendly and comfortable holding people accountable.
