Rancho Bernardo Inn is currently looking to add a Front Desk Supervisor to join our wonderful guest services team.
Duties:The Front Desk Supervisor must assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing operations of the Front Desk and PBX staff, Bell, Valet, and Concierge departments to ensure efficient and professional service to all resort guests. To hire, train, schedule, support, review, and discipline employees in the Front Office area and to ensure that all staff members maintain the highest possible levels of employee morale and department productivity. To ensure the proper handling of guest check-ins and check-outs by Front Desk, including welcoming guests, establishing credit, accurately completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring guest satisfaction with rooms and other arrangements. Qualifications:Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is required. Experience with guest relations, computers, telephone & interpersonal skills is required. Ability to lead, manage & motivate guest service employees and to train & support staff. Must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. Must have a flexible schedule!
